  My thanks cannot really be expressed in words. The staff at Glende-Nilson was supportive, caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Chris Carlson, Luke Johnson, Karen Holte, Andrew Yaggie and Randy Zens were all part of the team of professionals who welcomed us to their funeral home. They welcomed us with the love and care that you might expect from an old friend in a troubling time. My family felt this warmth and support through our journey as the life of Clara Rognlien Levy was celebrated with family and friends. Thank you for your incredible good works in our time need.

  My mother, Muriel Lundsetter-Runningen passed away while wintering in Phoenix, AZ. I didn't know what to do, but I knew that her funeral arrangements had been made in advance through Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls, MN. From the moment I first spoke with Andrew Yaggie, I knew that I was in good hands. Andrew made all of the arrangements for mortuary services in Phoenix, removal of the body to Fargo, ND, picked up the body in Fargo to transport to Fergus Falls, as well as walked my family through all of the details that we needed with the First Lutheran Church, two ministers, caterers, flowers, guest book, thank you notes, and so much more.
  
  I felt like I could call or email Andrew at any time, day or night, both while I was in Phoenix, and also when I returned to my home in Virginia. He was always kind, considerate, and timely in helping my family through each step of a difficult process under emotional circumstances. Andrew was on hand during the difficult family meeting in Fergus to plan for the memorial service, throughout the visitation event on Friday, as well as the memorial service on Saturday through the internment.
  
  Andrew is the consummate professional -- organized, caring, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and hard working. He took my family under his wing and into his care, making sure that we had thought through each important detail when our thinking was less than clear.
